What are Our Key Practice Results & Why do They Matter?
As a future mom your top priority is having a healthy baby. That's why as your birth partner we strive to provide you with the best possible pregnancy, labor, delivery and postpartum care. To help us do so we track all client results and use this data to continuously improve our practice. The metrics below are key practice outcomes for May 31st, 2021 through May 31st, 2025. If you'd like to learn more we invite you to talk to your midwife.

Total live births: 235
This metric measures all of the live babies we delivered.
Total still births: 0

Vaginal births: 214
These are spontaneous vaginal births at our birth center or the client's home.

Vaginal births resulting in multiple birth: 5 (twins)
This is a measure of spontaneous vaginal births resulting in multiple babies. In our case five sets of twins.

Successful VBACs: 6 (out of 6)
VBAC stands for vaginal birth after (a previous) cesarean section.

Infants born weighing less than 2,500 grams: 0
If your baby weighs less than 2,500 grams (5 pounds, 8 ounces), he or she has a low birth weight..

Infants with a five minute Apgar score below 7: 0
An Apgar test score of 7, 8, or 9 is normal and is a sign that the newborn is in good health.
